The decline of literature indicates the decline of a nation.

Literary works include stories, poems, novels, fictions, dramas etc.The author writes their work in English or in their local language. Even if a person is good in those foreign languages in which the work is being written, the original feeling comes when reading in mother tongue. If author or publishing wish or if the popularity of the book increases, the work gets translated into other languages also. Whether it may be a poem, a drama, a novel or anything else, more the translated versions, the popularity and fame of the book goes on increasing. As reading is considered as a great asset for a good and thinking generation, more the number of literary works in our world, more will be the number of readers. Literary works translation is either decided by the author or the publishing house. Once it is decided the task should be handed over to a translation agency. Actually other writers in the target language can also translate if they are familiar with the source language too. Otherwise it can only be cleanly and accurately done by a translating office. Because this is the place where you can easily find bilingual people. Also people who are well experienced and trained in their field of specialisations whether it is academic, medical, legal or literary. We should support a generation who finds their thoughts in reading.
